Prepare S PFF working solution as above (for 4 final concentration).

Treat for 2h 0m 0s.

Wash cells with PBS followed by trypsin (000.5%) for 0h 1m 0s to remove excess PFF bound on the extracellular surface.

Incubate with fresh media in presence or absence of other drugs/inhibitor treatment for desired duration prior to lysate collection.
